Hello Dearest Chickens! Yes, it is I, your deliciously delightful and deLovely Dr. Sebastian Brackenridge, writing to you from my ancestral home, Brackenridge Hall, located just outside of Windsor, England. Well dear ones, we have done it. Thanks to your love and support, my podcast, Dr. Sebastian Brackenridge Presents: Exploring Olympus and Beyond, has a season 2!
I said to myself the other day, dear Sebastian, these people love you. These people adore you and likewise I love and adore them. Why not give them what they want, what they desire, what they lust after.... give them a season 2. Naturally, this was a rather extended conversation but my staff has grown quite used to me talking to myself in 3rd person. And I being of nobility born feel it is my duty to make one's fans happy when one is.... well, wanting to make one's fans happy.
So I went directly to my well-appointed study and wrote my first lecture, Cupid and Psyche. And if I may be so bold as to say about one's own work, it is absolutely delicious. Who knew two people in love could make such a bloody mess of things? Who knew what a fish-wife Aphrodite could be? Who knew that Aphrodite owns a vintage 1979 LeCar!! The horror of it all.
So allow me to thank each and every one of you for your support and I hope you enjoy Season 2 of Dr. Sebastian Brackenridge presents: Exploring Olympus and Beyond. I know that title is a lot to swallow, but I've never had any complaints before. Tee Hee.
